  Very busy on Black Friday, scanned by cashier with a smart phone but did not receive the email receipt. Told the system is slow and to go outside, and to eventually return if still no email receipt was received. One would think they would prepare for the crowds. This digital thing is not for the faint of heart. Wasted 1 hour to be told the receipt cannot be printed (or they don’t know how to). Very much disappointed with this store.

  As a loyal Lululemon customer for the last 10+ years, I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Lululemon, I was extremely upset after leaving this location recently. Ever since COVID-19, I can get the registered nurse discount at lulu. I visited this location and upon checking out the woman that checked me out commented that the men's clothing I was buying was not for me (as I am a woman), I stated to her that I like wearing men's t-shirts better than women's (why should she care if I buy men or women? I can purchase what I want and what I am comfortable in). She then stated she would not honor my RN discount on the men's clothes that I purchased. I spent almost $600 on clothing half being men's shirts for myself and she did not give me my nurse discount on those items, however, all the items labeled "women" she applied the discount to, as she felt I apparently should not be buying men's clothing for myself. I tried contacting the store multiple times that day and two days after to discuss this event and never was able to reach a human to talk to. There are multiple things wrong with this scenario. Why can't a woman wear men's clothes? and why am I being judged for buying men's clothes and not being allowed to use my nurse discount on clothes that I find more comfortable? I am sad as lululemon is a staple of my wardrobe and I feel as if I need to make a change to a more inclusive company now knowing that it is frowned upon that women buy men's clothing (the mens is longer and have more room in the body for certain body types therefore being significantly more comfortable). I do want to add (contrary to many of the other reviews) that the prices are significantly less than other stores (for example an $85 shirt would be $44), Lululemon is not cheap and people should know that before going into the store, I would have given this store a 5-star rating if it weren't for this very unfortunate event.
