- MCMichael CAug 31, 20191.0Went in this morning to return items and was given a ton of attitude from ( I am assuming the manager,) Anthony. I said Hi as I walked and was greeted with "over here" by a man at the register. I said I had returns and put the box on the counter. He then says " well can you help me take them out of the bag"! To which I replied "Can you say hello or good morning to a customer"??? Seriously, with brick and mortar stores closing at a fast rate you would think there would be some sort of customer service. I then asked him if I should come behind the counter and do my own return? I left it at that, had my return done and walked out. So long J Crew Factory, my credit card was cancelled and I wont step foot in your store again. Maybe "Anthony" can take a course in customer service before he drives away more business.
