  My husband and I had an amazing experience in the Diamond District! My husband picked out such a beautiful engagement ring for me. From the moment we arrived, the energy of the area was vibrant and exciting. The selection of jewelry was absolutely stunning—rows of sparkling diamonds and beautifully crafted pieces at every turn. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer questions and make sure he felt confident in his purchase. I will be back again for more jewelry in the future! I also appreciate that they clean my ring for free whenever I need it cleaned! Which is super convenient since I also live in Coconut Point.

  My daughter and I stopped here on Valentine’s Day . It was extremely busy but when we walked in we were greeted by Oni! He was so incredibly nice and helpful . We will for sure go back . They have the most beautiful jewelry. Thank you Oni for helping us !

  I went into the store to purchase some jewelry for wife's birthday and I have to say this was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. To begin with the woman who was helping us pick something out got up and left in the middle of the transaction. Although she was replaced it was like we had to start all over with a new salesperson. Then when we decided on the piece we wanted to buy, the salesperson and whoever was at the front desk could not give me the correct price. We were trading in a piece and received a store credit but first they did not subtract it from the price. Then they gave a price with the incorrect sales tax and then they charged my credit card $30 more than they should have. These people were extremely unprofessional and obviously had not been trained properly as it took them 3 tries to finally come up with the correct price. At that point before the correct price they had already charged my card. So in summation - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, STAY FAR WAY. And if you are so inclined to buy something and do want to take the chance, be sure to CHECK YOUR RECEIPT and CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION as I am not so sure that they were not trying to get an extra $30 from me.

  Staci Beth met us as we walked in. Stuck with us and showed us lots of choices. She listen as I commented on what I like and didn’t. Narrowing the choices and showed me the perfect ring! The entire staff was polite and welcoming.
