  I love this store, but left empty handed this time. They have new prints on their tees for the Florida weather. Their kids section is my absolute favorite. This store is conveniently located off exit 123 on 1-75, at the Miromar Outlet mall…. With lots and lots of parking. Most snowbirds were shopping for winter items when I got there. I also love their athleisure clothing!

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in a store in the United States. When I first approached the register, I asked a cashier where a pair of shoes was located. She looked at me with irony and said, “What is the question?” in a mocking tone, clearly making fun of my accent. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. Later, after paying with another very kind cashier, I realized I had been overcharged for shoes that were displayed at the entrance with a lower price. A helpful employee told me to go back to the register for a price adjustment. Unfortunately, the same cashier who had mocked me earlier — a Hispana employee named Kelly — was there again. She dismissively said, “That costs 39,” even after I showed her a photo of the display price. Only after receiving instructions over the radio did she supposedly refund the $10 difference, but she never gave me a new receipt, so it’s not even clear that the adjustment was properly made. During this interaction, one of my earrings fell behind the counter. I politely asked her to please hand it to me. She told me to come and pick it up myself, but I didn’t understand at first because customers are normally not allowed to enter the cashier area. When I asked again, she repeated it in a very rude and arrogant tone, telling me to get it myself. I left the store very upset. A young employee at the door listened to my complaint kindly, but the damage was already done. I will not return to this store while they allow employees with hostile and discriminatory attitudes to treat customers this way. I also noticed another review describing a very similar situation, which shows that nothing has been done to improve. I will not be coming back.

  The store is having a big sale. The sales floor people are very helpful. Sign up for their rewards program. Also ask at check out for a senior discount.

  They do not honor their online prices. Shipping online costs more than the garment I wanted. They do not carry online colors in their store. Had to search for a sales rep to tell me this information. None were readily available or offered assistance. Too busy folding clothes. Won't be back even though I like their products.
