They’re starting to feel more like a department store with all the new stuff coming in. Kind of fun to look around. If you go, bring puzzles. They really love donations and seem excited when people bring them in. Some of the clothing prices though are just wild and don’t make much sense. Worth stopping by, just pick and choose what’s actually a good deal.

Don't go during the last two hours that the store is open. The manager barks at you the whole time to hurry up and leave. It's very uncomfortable and feels like you're breaking the law for shopping there.

My visit to this Goodwill store was my first and last, as I experienced poor customer service from two staff members, Monica and Kathleen, who were unfriendly, and another staff member who walked in front of me without apologizing or excusing themselves.

Just got pressured into leaving a few minutes earlier than the close of 8 o'clock by the manager when we were in an obvious debate whether we wanted to buy this over priced very expensive kitchen item that we decided we were most likely gonna get but then we were getting basically yelled at to get out of the store several minutes before close.. My husband has been coming here since literally 1995 and we come probably 3 times a week but ever since they hired her I don't have as a happy of a shopping experience because I feel like she ruins the vibe of a peaceful environment especially tonight when she literally kicked us out early just because she was done working for the day and wanted to close the shop down. That's not good customer service and while we were debating she was watching us and literally stopped us dead in our tracks in the middle of talking very rudely and we tried to ignore her but she kept telling us we had to go up to check out and get out when we were obviously in the middle of a debate on whether we should buy or not. This was obnoxiously rude and people like this should not be given the keys to a management. Plus the items in there are at least triple the price they were before, they are selling tins of Pokemon cards that are literally empty for 5 bucks a piece? That's just as bad as a scalper. Goodwill has nothing to do with the will of doing good for your community anymore, it is a corporate conglomerate, that under pays their workers, over prices their items and steals the very last pennies we normally would use to bring a smile to our children and an extra point of confidence when the rest of the world had allready ripped us off during our daily ventures
