Frustrated and confused as to what would work best for me. I decided to stop by the Sunglass Hut. Stopping in I was able to talk with two store associates both which were very helpful. I know Charisse was one of their names in an expressed my need and desire to have something that was functional for playing golf, but also aesthetically pleasing. She was able to guide me in selecting a freestyle and very happy with, but would need to be special ordered. I would’ve struggled to figure this out online on my own, even as a fairly tech savvy individual. I am super pleased with both pairs of sunglasses I purchased and without their help, I wouldn’t have found the second pair that I really liked as well. Excellent recommendations and knowledge.

An arm came off the first time they came out of the box, so we returned the next day to exchange them. “Sorry, you’ll have to call RayBan” was what we got instead of any assistance. A point blank refusal to do anything for us. On top of the awful shop service, it then took RayBan four months to resolve the issue!

She also explained that the lenses themselves could be replaced (at a significantly less cost than purchasing a new pair--which we also did!), so now my husband has two similar Oakleys! Would definitely return to this location and to Charissa herself.
