- MPMaggie POct 16, 20251.0I brought my Burberry sunglasses to the Sunglass Hut at Ellenton Premium Outlets on October 16, 2025, for an adjustment. During the adjustment, a large scratch appeared on the lens. I pointed it out to the associate immediately, and the store denied responsibility. I began taking photos to document the damage, and when I went to inspect the screwdriver used during the adjustment, it was removed from view before I could take a photo of it.I am awaiting a resolution. EDIT: The regional manager contacted me and offered me a replacement. I picked them up today from the sunglass hut located in the front of the mall, thank you!

She even went so far as to look up a comparable frame without being asked for my husband for a pair that he lost and was discontinued.
