    I brought my Burberry sunglasses to the Sunglass Hut at Ellenton Premium Outlets on October 16, 2025, for an adjustment. During the adjustment, a large scratch appeared on the lens. I pointed it out to the associate immediately, and the store denied responsibility. I began taking photos to document the damage, and when I went to inspect the screwdriver used during the adjustment, it was removed from view before I could take a photo of it.I am awaiting a resolution. EDIT: The regional manager contacted me and offered me a replacement. I picked them up today from the sunglass hut located in the front of the mall, thank you!

    The sales associate Lyndsey was very thorough and professional. Demonstrated lots of patience with me as I picked various frames. She even went so far as to look up a comparable frame without being asked for my husband for a pair that he lost and was discontinued.
