  I love this store. I have been shopping at Aerie for several years. The girls working here are very friendly and helpful. I just bought a super cute white skirt for 7 dollars. What a steal. Better deal than some thrift stores. 🩷🩷🩷

  Kaley is such a good worker! She helped me and my daughter find exactly what we were looking for with no issues whatsoever and showed us such kindness when asking for help! Might’ve been the best interaction i’ve ever had in a retail store, excellent work.

  My family and I had a terrible experience at Aerie. One older employee with reddish hair and glasses immediately started following me and my sister (a military cop) around the store, clearly profiling us because of our skin color. Despite this, we tried to help by removing hangers from our large purchase to keep the line moving, only to overhear two senior employees talking negatively about us—not realizing I was right behind them. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory, giving Aerie a bad reputation.

  Great staff very nice and welcoming especially one of the fitting room associates I believe her name was brooklynn she was very helpful and kind. their store had lots of amazing cheap deals i always love the go and shop here

  Worst. Aerie. Ever. They were having an Under $20 Sale and had XXS, XS, and XXL sizes. This was annoying but the worst part was all of the workers were talking among themselves, yelling across the floor to tell a story I didn’t want to hear. No one was in the store and not one of the six or so people there came up to make sure I was finding everything alright (I wasn’t) and the girl in the dressing room was on her phone. I am used to Aerie people greeting you at the door and shopping with you, and I loved it. That’s how I built my basket. I only purchased a swimsuit because it was necessary and the only thing I could find that I loved.
