  Para mí es una estafa manera de engañar y estafar a las personas compras una pieza y nadie te dice q no tiene ni cambios ni devoluciones y cuando llegas al día siguiente porq lo q llevaste no le gustó a tu niña te dicen que no tienen una solución porq los famosos vestidos con una etiqueta morada no admiten ni cambios ni devolución pura manera de robar a las personas y engañar porque si no tienen trabajadores capacitados para decirle y explicarle al cliente que se pruebe bien las cosas o que espere por la persona que se lo quiere regalar que el vestido no tienen ni cambios ni devolución para mí espere un engaño

  I had such an amazing experience at Windsor thanks to Adela and Sara! They were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment we walked in. My best friend and I were trying to find the perfect dresses, and they both went above and beyond to help us pick styles that actually fit our vibe and made us feel confident. They didn’t just point us in a direction—they really listened, gave honest opinions, and made the whole process fun instead of stressful. It honestly felt like shopping with friends who just get it. Their energy was so positive and welcoming, which made a huge difference. If you’re ever shopping at Windsor, definitely ask for Adela and Sara. They are phenomenal at what they do and truly care about helping you look and feel your best. Thank you both for making our experience so special!

  I purchased a dress on December 19th. I did not try it on in the store. When I got home, I noticed the dress had visible stains, so I never wore it. The item still had the original tag attached, and I had my receipt. I returned to the store on December 23rd, only 4 days after purchase, which is completely reasonable. The issue was not only the refusal to refund, but the manager’s unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Instead of acknowledging that stained merchandise should never be sold, the responsibility was placed on me as the customer. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of accountability and quality control. Selling stained clothing and then refusing to stand behind your product is extremely poor business practice. The way this situation was handled reflects terribly on management and customer service standards. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and avoidable. I strongly do not recommend this Windsor location, and I hope corporate/HR addresses how customers are being treated, because this level of service is not acceptable.
