- YFyelimar friasDec 23, 20251.0I purchased a dress on December 19th. I did not try it on in the store. When I got home, I noticed the dress had visible stains, so I never wore it. The item still had the original tag attached, and I had my receipt. I returned to the store on December 23rd, only 4 days after purchase, which is completely reasonable. The issue was not only the refusal to refund, but the manager’s unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Instead of acknowledging that stained merchandise should never be sold, the responsibility was placed on me as the customer. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of accountability and quality control. Selling stained clothing and then refusing to stand behind your product is extremely poor business practice. The way this situation was handled reflects terribly on management and customer service standards. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and avoidable. I strongly do not recommend this Windsor location, and I hope corporate/HR addresses how customers are being treated, because this level of service is not acceptable.
