I was from out of town and had to pick several pair and had a toddler with me and the beautiful wife and had her do many shoe checks for all of us. I haven’t shopped at vans for many years but Lily has now made me a returning guest. She was very patient with me with making choices. VERY friendly and knows her products. She deserves a medal for her patience. She was the absolute best. Also one of the other people there Gainey was pretty great too.

He took the time to lace our daughter’s shoes for school the way she wanted. We live in GA and she wasn’t with us and really wanted them laced like the display. Kudos to him.
