I called yesterday to ask about the AI glasses — one pair for my husband and one for myself so I wouldn’t get jealous — and he took the time to explain in detail the differences between the Oakley and Ray-Ban options, including the various styles, colors, and features. When I stopped in today, he immediately remembered our conversation and guided me straight to the products we had discussed. He also took the time to explain the Sun Club program, which I had actually been a member of without realizing it, since no one had ever mentioned it to me before. Joey went above and beyond — his knowledge and genuine customer care made my shopping experience exceptional. Highly recommend seeing him!

I originally came in to look at Maui Jims, as soon as I walked in Brent greeted me and stayed with me through the whole process, made great recommendations, and ended up selling me on a pair of Costas as well as the Maui Jims. The only downside was they didn’t have a brand new pair in the box for the Costas I wanted, but Brent cleaned them up really well. He was very helpful and nice, so we ended up getting both plus that bogo deal was too good. I’m on my way back home now and we were just talking about how great the experience was, it felt like I went on a personalized shopping mission 🛒 so I had to leave a review. I wish I could only shop with Brent when I go to a sunglass hut. Hopefully he will be there next year when we come back.
