  If I could give a negative, I would. I spent two years on guardian. In those two years, I was also sober. Here is how reliable they were. Constant fails, constant equipment malfunctions. I was sober and still am, for those two years and still failed so many times that I was in danger of getting my time extended. I had to go to counseling because of my fails. Did I say I was sober this entire time. I even had paperwork to prove my fails were from malfunctions, did me no good. Even the counselors admitted I was getting screwed. I tried several times to talk to guardian to no avail. The counselors tried calling guardian to no avail. This costs me an extra $750.00 on top of my regular charges. If I decided to quit guardian and go to another supplier I would have to start my two years over. Oh, and the unit in my truck caused my fuse box to catch fire. Again, no answer from calls and emails. The auto shop threatened to take it out if I complained any further about the fire. Again start my two years over.
