  Very Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience at This Store I visited this Calvin Klein store today around 3:15–3:20 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I came simply to make a return, and I was treated with an attitude that was both unprofessional and disrespectful. The associate told me that I should not come to return items on Black Friday and that I “should come back another day.” I was rushed, pressured, and spoken to as if I was bothering them. When I explained that I needed to return the item today, the associate said they were “not sure if they would even accept my return” if I wasn’t fast enough. Another female associate also joined in and questioned why I was returning the item at all, which is not something customers should ever be criticized for. The whole interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. For the record, this is not about race — I do not discriminate against anyone. This is about the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff who assisted me. No customer should be made to feel rushed, judged, or talked down to for simply trying to process a return. I hope management will address this issue so other customers do not experience the same treatment.

  Well stocked, but little selection, puny sizes, limited to black and white colors, and devoid of design. 1. Large, shapeless tops in black or white, XS-L. 2. A few mom shorts and high-waist scrawny jeans. 3. Padded foam bras in black or beige. 4. Bras and panties in S to L— few XLs and no XXL. 5. Men’s underwear in sizes S-M. Packaged underwear includes L and XL. 6. TINY selection of bags. Is this shapeless stuff really designed? There is nothing unusual, nothing special, worse selection than the minimalist CK website. Who knew it would be so difficult to use a gift card.
