I ordered some items online which were not as advertised but they do not offer return labels or any sort of assistance with return shipping so I had to drive to the store to do the return. It turns out she messed up the return by only crediting me back for one of the items that I handed back to her and not two. When I call it and ask them to fix their error, they told me that their "company policy" requires that I come into the store AGAIN. So now I'm having to drive to bells two separate times because they messed up their return. Plenty of other department stores offer free shipping and free returns and certainly are willing to handle their errors if something is wrong. Shop at any of them other than this one.
