- BDB DMar 6, 20261.0🙄I came here to tighten my glasses. The employee tried to adjust them by bending them very forcefully with his hands. At another optical store before, they adjusted my glasses much more carefully by heating them with a machine. The way it was done here did not seem very professional or safe to me. That’s why I was not satisfied.

She had a good knowledge of the details of the products, which helped my husband decide on his choice of fishing sunglasses. We had a great shopping experience, and she is an asset to the store.

I spoke to Tyler. He told me to come over the following day any time after 12 noon. I showed up today at 12:45 to find a locked door. When I knocked, no one answered. An elderly lady who was sitting outside next door at Starbucks said she saw a man leave and lock up. I decided to wait. 3. Tyler showed up about 15 minutes later. He was unapologetic. He said his colleague was on site. I told him no one answered the door or phone when I knocked and called. Tyler was obtuse. 4. I ordered my glasses. It was a drag! 5. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT SGH location. Worst experience ever!
