We weren’t doing anything wrong or out of the ordinary, but the manager, Pamela, kept watching us the whole time. It felt like we were being monitored and singled out. Instead of feeling welcome and we felt like suspects. We tried giving the store another chance, but the second visit was even worse. We were there returning a bag, and while we expected a normal interaction, the cashier Loretta B spoke to us in a tone that felt belittling almost like she assumed we didn’t understand English or didn’t know what we were doing. She talked down to us uncomfortable, and unnecessary.

She was watching our every move but all we were doing was shopping and not being disrespectful to others or the products. She followed us throughout the whole store until we walked out. The second time was when I was returning a product that I bought online, I walked in the store and a sales person named LORETTA B. She was very hostile, there was no welcoming, she was belittling me making it seem like I didn’t speak English when I can. she was rushing me to get my receipt on my phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This place needs corporate training and how to treat a customer. Will not be coming again!

From the moment we walked in, he was attentive without being pushy, patient, and genuinely helpful. He really listened to what we needed and made the whole experience feel effortless. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable he was — he didn’t just sell us something, he guided us, explained options, and made sure we left with exactly what we wanted. You can tell he actually cares about people, not just making a sale.
