  When a store doesn’t stand behind a product they sell you, boasting it’s edibles are the best, than you need to ask yourself why!? A dispensary is for ppl to come to, ask questions, and make a decision, based on the hired professional help. If you go into a dispensary, and buy product in good faith, you expect to have a return policy on unopened, product. I purchased indica edibles. They weren’t even potent and definitely, not what’s advertised. This store has no clue abt the product they’re selling, nor do they care if they are ripping off customers. Worst experience, an inferior edibles, with a store manager with a pompous attitude, who won’t credit me for a bogus product. I could have gone to a Gas Station and gotten a superior Indica edibles.. I urge anyone to reconsider going to this ill informed dispensary, that treats ppl like sheet!! Two thumbs down..Also, might I add, when you are incapable of giving out your Corporate office tel number to lodge a complaint, you’re clearly HIDING something, which is a major RED FLAG. Never again. There are many reputable dispensaries, sadly, this isn’t one of them..Honestly, you better rethink your attitide, and your inferior products. You’re only going to hurt yourselves in the end.

  2 stars because the customer service was decent. But the herb quality is super trash. Very stale. I crushed it to dust with 2 fingers.

  Terrible selection only four items above 25% THC most of them below 20. I mentioned something to the staff about how awesome Trulieve is because of their selection and pricing I also pointed out that it’s nice that they list the terps alongside the percentage of THC right on their website the person I was talking to got all defensive and said they do that too, which is not true or if it is You have to go through steps to figure it out unlike Trulieve so yeah no reason to go back there plenty of other dispensaries whatever happened to the customers always right and a friendly discussion. Don’t be giving me an attitude or I don’t come back. I wasn’t being a dick just saying I didn’t feel like they really gave a crap and they were just trying to hurry me out the door, even though they had zero customers there. In their favor, they do give 60% off for new customers on the first three orders but if there’s nothing worth buying what good is it.

  Edward was beyond helpful and knowledgeable on the products. Every question I asked he had an answer. Informed me on the deals. Definitely will be returning to this location! 👏 Happy thanksgiving!!
