  Had a terrible experience when visiting this store today. I was shopping with my friend and the employees were visibly talking about me and making fun of my outfit while I was standing right there. The female employee called to her coworker "Ryan" and then tilted her head at me as if to say "look at her" and then they both started laughing. I felt judged and uncomfortable and left without purchasing anything. What kind of customer service is that?

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at this store, hands down the best customer service I have ever received in my life. One of the employees, Lexi, truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything, helped me find all the gifts on my list, and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She was never pushy, but made sure I wasn’t missing anything I might need. On top of that, every single person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and the store itself was exceptionally clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. This store clearly values its customers and hires exceptional people. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend shopping here!

  Sophia and Brittany were the best!! Sophia helped me pick out so many options for my upcoming trip and I found the CUTEST outfits thanks to her help!! Best Lulu I’ve been to! Thank you Sophia!
