Rude staff and ridiculous prices? Yeah no, I won't be coming back.
I've been regularly shopping at this goodwill location for over 2 years, but today really left me with a sour taste.
While shopping, I saw that a rocking chair was priced at $50, which feels ridiculously priced for a thrift store that relies on donated merchandise. When I politely asked if there was any flexibility on the price, the employee working the register who told me she had personally priced the chair about an hour earlier responded in an unnecessarily rude and dismissive manner instead of simply saying 'No'. She could've at least explained that it was against store policy or that she wasn't allowed to do so, in which case I would've 100% understood, but I was given zero explanation and instead felt as if my question alone was a major inconvenience.
To add to the frustration, I wasn’t asked for my rewards number at checkout, so any potential discount or points were skipped.
Ironically, for a place called Goodwill, there was a complete lack of good will in this interaction.

Clean and organized in terms of household items. Men's clothing is relatively well-organized by size. Women's clothing, although neatly hung, is a disaster when it comes to sizes. You'll easily waste more than two hours looking for a large or extra-large. The staff are polite and very friendly despite the chaos and the bad mood of some customers. They have some very nice things; I'll definitely return when I have five free hours to explore.

Honestly my favorite goodwill ever for Knick-knacks. Found some super useful things for the house several times, good selection of shirts, not great for Men’s pants but yeah, can’t go wrong with some of these random fun things
