To make matters worse, when the store called my mother-in-law on her birthday, they were extremely rude to her. They were also rude to me, the person who actually placed and paid for the order. The so-called “manager,” Val, was by far the worst — openly rude and unprofessional, and even said that he “didn’t care.” Completely unacceptable behavior, especially for a company that claims to specialize in gifts for special occasions. I contacted customer service two weeks ago to cancel the order and request a refund, and they only started processing it this past Monday. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a birthday surprise. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again and do not recommend them to anyone.

I was so frustrated and desperate until I called the Delray Beach location and they were responsive and gave me advise on how to resolve my issue with the other location. I resolved my issue and called back the Delray Beach location and placed my order with them. Not only did they deliver the same day they sent me a confirmation of the order and of when they delivered and they were very responsive!!! They saved me! And the arrangement came out perfect, I was over the moon happy!!! I will definitely use them again and again and again and I will also recommend them to everyone! Thank you again for your great service!!
