- TTTaylor TitusJul 29, 20251.0These delivery drivers need to work on their customer service. The man delivering our order was delivering to a family member that recently lost her Dad. Instead of calling before he left the store for delivery timing and updates he called as he was on the way and was rude on the phone to both her and myself. She was working and couldn't have someone home by the time he was going to deliver. I called him back 10 minutes after he called my phone and he already passed her house on his route so I couldn't have someone be there for the delivery. That meant that she had to go pick it up from the store herself (mind you we paid an extra distance delivery fee). Why the delivery came from this location when I put her delivery address in is beyond me since I see there are lots of locations closer than this one. A really disappointing experience for an expensive gift in a time of grieving and hardship for the end customer. I do not recommend and we won't be using them again.
