- MRMike RubelApr 22, 20251.0Updated Review: 🚨 Avoid this company at all costs. 🚨 I chose Lifesaver Interlock because they advertised “no hidden fees,” but that has been completely untrue. Despite having auto-pay set up, my bill changes every two weeks with random charges added. I constantly have to call to get these errors corrected — they always apologize and fix it, but the cycle keeps repeating. Most recently, I confirmed my bill over the phone before paying and was told the amount was correct. When I got home and checked my receipt, I realized I had been lied to and overcharged. When I called back, they admitted the mistake but refused to refund me — instead, they just credited my account. To make matters worse, they quoted me a $150 removal fee, then added a surprise $30 “admin fee” on top of it. This is exactly the kind of hidden charge they claim not to have. This has happened multiple times, and it’s exhausting dealing with the same issues over and over. Lifesaver is not an honest or trustworthy company. I strongly recommend choosing a different provider for your interlock.
