I can honestly say that Jacob is one of the most attentive, kind, polite, and patient people I have ever met. I was there with my 4-year-old son, so you can imagine how challenging it can be to choose glasses for both of us with a toddler. Jacob was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire experience. He made the process so much easier and pleasant for us. If I were his employer, I would give him a bonus because he is without a doubt one of their best employees. 100% outstanding customer service at this store. Thank you, Jacob!
