  ’m really frustrated with how my recent purchase was handled. There were no signs anywhere saying that swimwear is final sale, and the clerk never mentioned it. The next day, when I came in to exchange it, I was told—pretty rudely—that all sales are final. When I pointed out that there were no signs, I was told it’s on the receipt. That makes no sense. If you only find out something is final sale after you’ve already paid for it, how is that fair? By then, it’s too late. Policies like this need to be clearly communicated before the purchase—either by staff or with visible signs. This felt misleading. Was going to purchase much more the second day but after the attitude when trying to exchange, we didn’t purchase anything else and we won’t be going back.

  NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. STORE CREDIT ONLY. I bought a 2-piece bathing suit. They did not remove the security tags on both pieces. I wanted to return them because of the inconvenience. NOPE!!! NO RETURN FOR REFUND. THEY DON'T CARE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The other bad reviews are correct. It's a con!!! The return policy is taped to the counter. You know the counter you put your purchases on and it gets hidden, therefore, you don't even know it's there. They are horrible!

  Cleanest and most professional souvenir shop in the area but the music in the store will make ur ears bleed. If I hear the surf style theme song one more time I’ll scream. Please make it stop
