  Mary at the JCPenney Jewelry department was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, she was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She took her time, listened to exactly what we were looking for, and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Mary is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and never made us feel rushed. Because of her, this was one of the best jewelry shopping experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re shopping for jewelry at JCPenney, do yourself a favor and ask for Mary—you won’t be disappointed. She is truly awesome and an absolute gem herself! 💎

  Worst store ever. cashier told me transaction did not go through because of coupons and insisted i pay with jcp card. i refused. They tried 3 times to get it to work and everytime they asked me to use tap to pay. They could not get it to work. I did not enter a PIN number either. With all the issues we decided to leave because we had enough. No item or reciept was given. Got to the car, looked st bank account and there where 3 unapproved transactions on my bank acct. So we went back in, showed the mgr. and she checked the registers trsnsaction history and did not see any for the amounts listed on my bank app. the register did not even print receipt. the mgr stated that it would be returned . Well here it is sunday morning 2-1-26 and the transaction went through my bank. So back to the store i will go again today. So JCP Daytona Bch took over $150.00 when not authorized to fo so because of there untrained emplyees and mgrs. I will go back to store and dispute, call corporate and have my bank dispute as well. Then its news media time!!

  Regarding the gentleman who works Returns; His niceness was wrapped in passive aggressive (and unnecessary) comments/questions that I considered somewhat offensive. I have the receipt and the tags are still on/intact. Just do the return professionally please and thank you.

  We went in looking for a last min outfit for new years, not realising they closed in 15 min, we only needed one thing to wear. The security literally stocked us and the staff was horrible, we still bought over $150. To have someone treat you like that all while you were rushing and still doing what they ask. I apologize for coming in at closing time i didnt realise the entire mall closed early for the holiday. I guess a few people ruined the entire experience at a Penny's that the staff is hostile and unwelcomeing. Do not recommend this store or the mall. Just drive the Altamonte it's bigger better and way nicer and they dont treat you like a criminal for not realizing the closing time.
