- DDDanny DeckerDec 26, 20251.0Not a good experience at all at the firearms counter .Where the optics are located had to wait 2 hours to look at binoculars only to be told they don't have in stock while the ,dept manger would just walk by and offer no help to the two poor gentlemen helping customers, you would think they would have people behind the counter to help people not purchasing firearms .Or move the optics some place else ! Name another dept in the bass pro store waiting 2 hour plus to by something you could probably by a boat faster then binoculars

I walked in there pretty clueless and overwhelmed trying to find some fishing items for my SO for Christmas, and he very kindly helped me out to find the right stuff without passing judgement.
