I still enjoy seeing what new things have come out and the displays with live fish are always fun to watch. When we are in the area, we always stop in and wander about! The staff is always helpful and place is always clean and well organized.

Very cold and not the best customer service. I will continue to shop here but your employees ESPECIALLY your management needs to be retained on customer service and how to talk to people that spend A LOT of money in your store. Besides how the employees treat their customers it is a great location and always well stocked.
- BHBrittany HerringJan 29, 20262.0The employees were quite rude. We got there at 7:55pm to get my son a jacket. The door says 9:00pm is closing. As soon as we walked in we were met by a lady who said “you have 5 mins” no hello welcome to Bass Pro or nothing. Then were scrambling trying to find the jacket all the employee just walking around, some standing around, a lot saw us trying to find it and no one could be bothered to help. We go upstairs met with eyes from multiple people we find the jacket he is trying it on and a guy walks up and ask if we needed help. I say no we just needed a jacket since Florida is getting super cold. He said ohhh ok well we’re closed. Never have has this kind of experience before from Bass Pro. Taking the extra drive to Orlando would probably be the best bet at least they act somewhat friendly and not act like you’re bothering them. Should probably fix the hours on the door also and not have that lady as the first face you see when you walk in.
