We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. - YBYoga BasicsApr 9, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this store. I brought in a pair of Lululemon yoga pants purchased about a year and four months ago. The fabric had begun to deteriorate along the seam in a high-friction area, which was surprising given that I still own Lululemon pieces from over 10 years ago that remain in excellent condition. As a former Lululemon ambassador, I’ve long trusted the brand’s quality and customer care. In this case, I was initially offered a 25% discount on a replacement item, later increased to 35%. While I understand policies evolve, the response felt limited and not quite aligned with the durability standards the brand has been known for. What stood out most to me, however, is how much the customer experience can vary. After this visit, I went to another Lululemon location and had a completely different experience, one that reflected understanding, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to customer care. That interaction restored my confidence in the brand. This visit, unfortunately, did not. It reminded me that beyond policies, it’s the human element that defines the experience.
