    I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. Everybody here is amazing and the shelves are always fully stocked. I want to say thank you to Noah and Joshua in fishing because over the past year helping my kids become better fisherman/women along with spooling all their rods. The Education and knowledge that they have and love to patiently pass on to the Guests at this Store is second to none. Paul is always very helpful as well in fishing. Keep up the good work guys. I greatly appreciate what you do. It does not go unnoticed. I love Bass Pro because whatever you want is right There. It’s a outdoorsman‘s paradise. Also, everyone in the gun department thank you for all your help all these years.

    I would like to begin by expressing my long standing appreciation for Bass Pro Shops. I am a cardholder, and my family also enjoys the store, with each member owning a Bass Pro Shops hat mine is dark green, for those interested. I commend the fishing department for its excellent service; the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, my experience on the gun side was less satisfactory. During my first visit, I was assisted by an older gentleman named Michael. I was accompanied by my fiancée and her uncle, and we intended to shoot 9mm and 5.56 rounds. Upon arrival, Michael greeted me in a rude and dismissive manner, informing me that I could not shoot 5.56 in the specified style. His tone led me to believe that I was not permitted to shoot at all. When I inquired about shooting the 9mm, he merely stated that he had not said I couldn’t. This interaction made my fiancée, her uncle, and myself feel uncomfortable and as though we were doing something wrong. It is concerning to think about how someone purchasing their first firearm might feel if they encountered such a situation. After we completed our shooting session, we were assisted by a different representative who was the complete opposite extremely nice, talkative, and courteous. I hope Bass Pro Shops addresses this issue with Michael, as his behavior does not align with the high standards expected of your staff. Until this matter is resolved, I will maintain my current rating and hope for improvements for the benefit of your store. I would like to address an experience I had with a gentleman at the gun counter. Unfortunately, I do not have his name, but I can describe him as an Indian man with dark skin, who wears a hat and is of slim and short stature. His demeanor was dismissive, and he appeared indifferent to his responsibilities. When I inquired about 9mm hollow points, he simply tossed the box to me, leaving me dissatisfied with his service. While the rest of the staff is commendable, I believe these two individuals require either reprimand or termination, as they do not seem suitable to handle firearms. This is merely one encounter with them, and I wish I had more space to describe the others. Bass Pro, I sincerely hope you take action, as even the employees were discussing them with me and how fed up they are. I would like to reiterate that all staff members in the store are a pleasure to interact with and engage in conversation. However, it is imperative that these two individuals receive appropriate feedback or consider pursuing opportunities in a different industry. #1 edit:I have sent the email and will be awaiting for updates #2 edit: I sent them over my personal information to receive a call and its the end of the week with no response. #3 edit: I received a call from im assuming the store manager I informed him the time he called is not an ideal time and we set a day to call. Im hopeful he calls and that there will be a resolution to this

    I arrived at 9:05 to pick up a firearm, expecting a quick and straightforward process. yet it still took 40 minutes just to receive my gun there were three more people waiting behind me, all of us frustrated and clearly annoyed by the complete lack of organization. There was no explanation, no urgency, and no system in place! I spoke to the manager, hoping he would step in or at least acknowledge the situation. Instead, he rushed off while I was speaking, didn’t care, and didn’t even try to help. That level of indifference is honestly shocking, especially in a department that should prioritize professionalism and responsibility. I was planning to buy ammo and a red dot after my pickup. Instead, left the store, and took my business somewhere else. Bass Pro didn’t just lose a sale today they lost a loyal customer. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend anyone buy a gun from this facility.

    Absolutely ridiculous experience. I waited an absurd amount of time in the gun counter area just to pick up a firearm a process that should take minutes. There was no organization, no priority for pickups, and zero communication about the wait.

    Very disappointed with our experience this year. On December 23rd at 7:30pm we waited in line only to be told by Santa that he does not hold puppies, only babies. This was especially upsetting because I called several days beforehand specifically to confirm that Santa was dog-friendly, and I was assured that he was. This is a yearly tradition for our family, and because of the misinformation and Santa’s attitude, our puppies missed out on Santa for 2025. If policies have changed, customers should be clearly informed ahead of time so they don’t waste their time or miss out on traditions they look forward to.
