  My husband and I went to outdoor world to meet with family from PR. Melissa was our bartender and waitress at the bar. Melissa's extensive experience and knowledge reflected in her service and drinks. One of the best Margaritas I've ever had. The service was quick. Her ability to balance speed and quality during a busy shift was impressive. She truly elevated the entire atmosphere while we were visiting.

  Excelente experiencia en Bass Pro Shops Dania Beach. La tienda es impresionante desde que uno entra: amplia, bien organizada y con una ambientación espectacular. No es solo una tienda, es casi como visitar una atracción turística. La variedad de productos para pesca, camping, navegación y actividades al aire libre es enorme, con marcas de calidad y buenos precios. El personal fue amable y conocedor, siempre dispuesto a orientar sin presionar. Definitivamente es un lugar al que siempre quiero regresar cuando estoy en el sur de la Florida.

  5/5 Stars - Outstanding Service! I recently visited the Bass Pro Shops in Dania Beach, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience, specifically because of a young man named Robert. This kid is absolutely phenomenal! He spent a ton of time with us, patiently answering our questions and guiding us through our purchase without ever making us feel rushed. His knowledge, energy, and overall attitude were top-notch. When it came time to wrap things up, his manager, Carlos, was at the counter handling our verifications. I actually had to stop and tell Carlos right then and there how incredibly great Robert was. It is rare to find that kind of dedication and warmth in customer service these days, and it's clear they have a great leadership team backing them up. Carlos was fantastic as well, making the final verification process completely smooth and professional. Huge thanks to Robert and Carlos for going above and beyond. If you are heading to the Dania Beach store, do yourself a favor and ask for Robert. You won't be disappointed!

  In the last couple of weeks , l have required to use the spooling station. Twice l was amazed. Both men were not just highly knowledgeable and highly pleasant to talk to, their skills and attitude towards their job was commendable. I need to do a big shout out to JOSHUA ( saltwater genius) and NOAH ( freshwater counterpart) . Thanks Gentlemen. As a man well into my 60's, l would love to have them as Family.

  I visited this Bass Pro Shops while visiting Miami, FL, & it was great! The store is massive & offers a lot: hunting, fishing, camping, clothing, an arcade, a shooting range, restaurant, & probably a lot more that I didn’t cover. We didn't want to eat too much before dinner, so we stopped at the restaurant located in the back of the main store for some food & drinks, which were very tasty. Service was quick & accurate. All the staff in both the main store & the restaurant were friendly and helpful, & both establishments were kept clean. The fish in the aquarium looked healthy, aquarium & water appeared clean, & well-taken care of.
