- JNJaneth NogueraDec 1, 20251.0I went to the store right after work and arrived before 8 PM. Both my email confirmation and Google Maps clearly state the store closes at 9 PM on Mondays. When I got there, the door was already locked. I told the employee I was only picking up an order, and she (while being on her phone) chose not to open the door. She even turned the lights off while I was standing there. I left, but before driving away I passed by again and saw she was still inside the store at 8:30 PM... I’m traveling out of town and was planning to take the glasses I ordered overseas. Now I can’t, because the employee refused to hand me an order that was already completed and paid for. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
