  I Visited Citi Trends Today, Saturday, January 31st, 2026. It Was Right When They Opened. I Brought My Significant Other With Me And We Shopped For A Few Hours. The Store Was CLEAN, And We Were Greeted By Vanisha. [I Hope I Spelled It Right]. She Was Very Polite And Greeted Us Respectfully. On Our Way To Check Out, She Rang Us Up & We Spoke Briefly And She Definitely Was The Perfect Example of A GREAT Worker. She Deserves Recognition For Her Hard Work And For Her Great Interaction with Customers. She Should Also Deserve a Raise in My Opinion. We Need More People Like Her In This World. We Thank You For Providing Outstanding Customer Service To Us., Vanisha. Your Hard Work Did NOT Go Unnoticed! Ria & Art

  Went in to shop, was told they didnt have a public restroom. Couldnt even shop like I wanted to because they didnt have a public restroom. In a store? Thats wild.

  Staff is very rude. Every time I visit this store the manager is rude to workers, staff, and customers. On a good note, prices are cheap and products are very nice.

  The Manager on duty when I went displayed poor customer service. She was exciting amd ojt going with Black Guest but when it came to me she was nasty as hell. If she can not see past skin tone she should find a job behind a cubicle. Does not matter what nationality i am she should have never been nasty towards any guest. Im Puerto Rican although i look white my Fiance is Black amd we always shop here. I will not be back to this location while she is still employed.
