  I found something I wished to purchase at another location but the color I wanted was not available. Staff were very helpful calling other stores to locate a sweatshirt in my size. When I arrived at the alternate location staff was very helpful in finding it. Good quality products. The new manager of just four days was exceptionally helpful . I just love my purchases!

  Bought a crewneck sweatshirt last night at surf style and last minute my boyfriends family wanted to go to Ron Jon’s where I found something better that I liked. Today I went back to surf style to return the item I bought there because I no longer have a need for it and the workers were just rude and the fact you have to exchange your items instead of getting a refund is crazy. So don’t waste your money, just go to Ron Jon’s instead, hope this helps someone in the future.

  We absolutely loved this store! It had a great atmosphere, amazing products and decent pricing. The staff was very friendly. Products were easy to find and I loved their Buy 3 shirts get 1 free sale. It was a little crowded (fixtures and displays) so it was hard to move around but we visited another location later in the day, that store was easier to move around but unfortunately their internet was still out from Hurricane Milton and they couldn't take cards. Be a smart traveler and always carry cash just in case. 😀 Overall, great experience in both stores.

  Purchased a $45 umbrella for a one day beach visit. They sold us the umbrella without a necessary piece. Once we got to the beach we realized we couldn’t use the umbrella but couldn’t make the trip back to the store because we would lose our parking spot and had already unloaded our three kids and all of our beach supplies. On the way home we stopped back by to return it since we were unable to use. The old rude lady at the register said “Oh yeah I’ve had an extra umbrella pole sitting back here and didn’t know which umbrella it belonged to.” Apparently they couldn’t be bothered to open the 15 umbrellas they had in stock to ensure they didn’t rip somebody off. She then proceeded to bang on the counter where it says there is a no refund policy and waved the “missing part” in the air saying she had our solution right here. It would have been nice for “the solution” to be included with our $45 purchase. Wasn’t even planning to mention that one of the three boogie boards we bought fell apart multiple times while our son tried to use it. We spent over $200 in the store on that visit. Don’t subject yourself to the low quality merchandise or employees inhabiting this store. Go to Ron Jon’s instead.
