  I recently visited this surf-style store and purchased a shirt for my daughter. After just one wash the lettering on the shirt began peeling. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the receipt but I was grateful for the kindness of Elora who was very helpful and sweet. She went out of her way to help us look up the purchase using the time and date from the system. However our experience quickly turned unpleasant when the manager stepped in. She was very rude and unprofessional insisting that a refund or exchange couldn’t be made without a receipt or tag. After much back and forth, she begrudgingly said she could handle it manually but made it clear that she found this inconvenient. She even made a point of saying, “Next time keep your receipt because it makes it easier for me, and if not, I have to redo it and makes my job harder.” This kind of attitude was completely uncalled for and left a bad impression, especially given how helpful Elora was. It's unfortunate that such a negative encounter with the manager overshadowed what should have been a pleasant shopping experience. Definitely the worst part of our vacation.

  Every time we vacation we stop here But this year was the worst year. We bought shirts because they had buy three get one free. Clearly wasn't rang up right. Took the shirt back to get a bigger size. And it wasn't on the receipt. The lady kept the shirt even though it was already taken out of the store because it was supposed to be rang up. She told me to buy a new sure and I would get that 1 for free. So I. Went back to the hotel to get money to buy another shirt to get that 1 for free. Then the lady told me that she couldn't give it to me for free even though it was buy three get one free. To sum up this review Even though we vacation here every year this will be the last time I ever go to the store.

  Awesome spot to shop while on vacation! The staff was super friendly, and they had an amazing selection of apparel to choose from. Definitely the best Surf Style location I’ve been to. Big shoutout to James for helping me find some great nearby places to eat!

  Place is horrible. I’d rather go to the Cocoa Beach surf Company way better prices and way better staff is friendlier. Mom and I walked in. They were rude and would not let me as a pain customer use the bathroom so I put everything back and went to a different place.

  Tryed to return a broken pair of crocs and the lady at the front was very rude about it I tryed walking out the front door and I accidentally hit it (wrong door) and she threaten to call the cops. DO NOT SHOP HERE PRODUCTS DONT LAST
