  I hate to be the person to have to make a bad review but I simply just could not when I was so uncomfortable in the store. I came in after Windsor opened maybe 30 minutes after, there was a blond girl in a fuzzy oversized coat, and another girl who was sweeping. I walked in and was IMMEDIATELY uncomfortable because the girl in the coat stared me down and rolled her eyes and kept going to the back of store and was eyeing me down. I was in the store for a minute looking around trying to find a romper since the girl decided instead of doing her job and asking if I need help, her attitude had to come first. I walked past her and said excuse me I’m sorry because of how extremely Uncomfy I felt. Mind you I was not greeted ONCE, it was dirty looks off the bat. Nothing but rude looks and scoffs from her and walked around the whole store acting like she was better than everyone. I felt so misjudged and every time I picked something off the rack she looked at me in disgust. Safe to say I left after because I refuse to buy from places from workers that act like they are too good to help customers when they can’t even dress well themselves.

  Came in here around 7 o'clock today (12/19/25) to find an outfit for a last minute Christmas party. As soon as I walked through the door somebody asked me if I needed help finding anything specific. I said no. I found two tops right after I was deciding on and tryingnto building an outfit off of. The same employee then asked if she can start me a fitting room and was really pushy about it. I felt pressured and just gave her the tops. I was really hoping to have them to compare to bottoms to decide what I want. Through the rest of my experience, two other employees approached me and asked if I needed help. I felt like my every move was being watched. I felt very overwhelmed and very bombarded. It was just a bit too aggressive. I didn't even finish shopping for bottoms. I tried my tops on and left. Ive worked in retail in the past and usually they have employees be overly helpful if they feel someone is shop lifiting. Im 35, married, and have a really good career I'd lose that I'd lose If I was caught stealing. I wouldn't risk my life for at most a $30 top. I feel like they need to dial it down majorly. It made me feel very uncomfortable

  Ive always hated this store, they have the EXACT same brand of clothes sold in Forever21 and Papaya for triple the cost. Pathetic and tacky just like your employees.

  TERRIBLE customer service!!!! One employee gave us a hard time when we asked for help taking down a dress. Once we were ready to check out no one came to help for some time until I had to go and find someone. I said “would you please be able to check us out?” And she just looked at me, didn’t say a single word, rolled her eyes and walked to the desk. Absolutely terrible attitudes and no pleasantries. Don’t know why both employees had a problem and attitude but definitely didn’t make the experience enjoyable. Sorry you hate your jobs ladies :/
