- TMTimothy MarkSep 10, 20251.0Went to countryside mall tonight to the main store… I was taking back my meta ray ban glasses I bought yesterday and exchanging them for the transition ones the customer service guy with the long hair seemed to not know what he was doing… I asked him for those glasses.. he open a drawer and said oops we don’t have any… I guess we can try to order them if u really need them.. I said you know what just refund my money and I’ll go elsewhere and get them… he goes good luck finding those anywhere else but here and rolled his eyes… we left there and went to the macys sunglasses hut.. the nice lady there said we do not have them in stock but let me call international mall and see.. and what do you know they had them in stock! Now that was great customer service… maybe this place needs to focus and train people that actually wanna be there… will not be going back there

Vanessa was wonderful and gave us the very best experience but unfortunately she couldn’t accept my sunglass hut gift card so she kindly directed us to the regular sunglass hut in another part of the mall. I highly recommend her and will be back to see her for any future sunglasses we need. The second one we went to, the manager was on her phone on a personal call and was rude and kept interrupting us. We walked in and what seemed to be a trainee greeted us timidly. I asked to place an order and the trainee stepped aside and the manager or whoever she is assumed we were picking up an order because she didn’t ask. Then she took my card and instead of trying to place my order she tried to offer me a display model for the same price. I declined and asked again to place an order. She did place the order but the whole time we felt like we were inconveniencing her. We even bought a second pair for my wife of a different model and the protection plan. We love sunglass hut but 760772 (Aprilove) left a lot to be desired.
