I have had some issues recently with the Fine Jewelry manager and assistant manager but Lisa the store manger was absolutely helpful in remedying those issues. We can shop anywhere for jewelry, and while I vowed to never return here, JANET completely restored my faith in retail customer service. I needed to get a link adjustment on a watch I bought for a gift, was even going to return it and buy it elsewhere, but I didnt. JANET was just the best. I bought another watch from her as well today because of her demeanor and APPROACH! PLEASE MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE AND SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

And since this was my 🎁birthday🥳 shopping trip with my mom buying my gift, it was extra special for me! 🎉 The store is clean, neat, well lit, and comfortable to shop in with wide aisles and big spaces to explore - and explore we DID! I had no idea what I wanted for my birthday 🎈(I was really just happy to be shopping with my mom)🎈 so we explored pretty much the whole store (well, not the mens department! Lol). The customer service is always with a smile 😊, the prices are budget friendly, and you can usually find something unique and always well made with good quality materials. I hope JCPenney NEVER closes! I love this store. Thank you for a fantastic birthday 🎂 🥳
