The fruit was fresh and the presentation was lovely. My recipient received a phone call before the delivery which ruined the surprise, but I understand they need to make sure someone is home to receive the gift. It was a beautiful and delicious basket.

Before the order was delivered they called the recipient number to verify that someone would be home, instead of the sender. She doesn’t answer unknown numbers but she googled and then texted me asking why Edible Arrangements was calling her, completely ruining the surprise. Shortly after, my wife received a series of text messages from an unknown number, all in Spanish (which she does not speak) so she translated them and they said things like “come outside” and including our address and her name, which was a bit scary for a young woman, home alone to receive. On top of that, the driver just left the order in the hallway of our apartment complex without even attempting to make delivery confirmation. Thankfully a neighbor found it and brought it to our apartment. Honestly turned what was supposed to be a nice surprise into a hassle and a stressful situation.
