I was told a supervisor would call back and no one has called. I have also left multiple responses on the order specific review option and have not heard anything back. I will not be using this service again.

I even called the store number thinking maybe the employee was in the back but nobody answered and yes the work van was out front as well. I understand having to close early. But leave a note on the door to let customers know. So you have lost a customer at this point. Maybe someone from the company will read this post and be aware of this issue of what happened today.
