Was helped by both employees in the store but I only got Erin's name. She was so lovely. And made my experience better than normal. And I love my new jeans. 🤩

I strongly advise franchise owners to conduct an undercover investigation to expose the manager and staff’s wrongdoings specifically thin long brunette hair girl. . They must overhaul their staff because there are numerous consumer complaints about the treatment they receive.

They lost their shape after a singular wash! A singular wash!!!! Then when I went to return them they said they don't accept returns... way too stand behind your quality. Would not recommend them to anyone.
