  So... My husband and I went to the dxl in Clearwater fl about a month ago. It was kind of busy and jay was working and helping people. She greeted us when we walked in and said to please let her know if we needed help with anything. We were there to get a few dress shirts and some tank tops for my husband. I waited for the line to clear and asked jay for assistance, she was super friendly and helped us fine everything we needed. She's so friendly, and knowledgeable. Not once did it seem like we were an inconvenience. The store was very neat and clean. I could easily tell that she really enjoyed her job and her customers. I wish every place had someone like jay working there. Honestly we could just order online and pick it up , but because jay was so great we'll be going back to do our shopping in store. Her customer service was A plus, her smile was genuine as was her friendly attitude. I also noticed that every customer was treated with the same friendly respect, regardless of how much money they were spending, what they were dressed like,or what they looked like, which is way more than I can say for plenty of places we've been shopping. There was no fake retail nice, she was genuinely nice. All smiles, and Happy to be there helping her customers. Honestly that's the kind of thing that for me will decide if a place will get our business again. We will definitely be going back to that store where jay works because she just made it such a nice, positive experience. She also keeps the store and dressing rooms very neat and clean and tidy. I hope they really appreciate her there because she's such a great person. Thank you jay for making our shopping experience so great, and we'll be back again soon! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

  Jay is the way! My fiancé, brother in law and I had the best experience here. A lot of options to choose from and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend coming here!
