- FEFatma ErkanMar 2, 20261.0Terrible customer service! I absolutely do not recommend this place. Yesterday I made a purchase here and was charged twice for the same transaction. I immediately informed both the cashier and the manager, but neither of them handled the situation properly. They attempted to run my card multiple times, and when I asked for the receipts of the failed transactions, they refused to provide them. I only received one receipt, yet my bank statement clearly shows that the payment was processed twice. Even after asking for the manager’s assistance, the issue was not handled professionally. They were unable to resolve a basic payment issue and showed no real concern about overcharging a customer. If you shop here, make sure to carefully check your bank statements.

They have pretty much everything you might need for your beach stay if you forgot to bring something. There are also tons of souvenirs to take home, just make sure you have enough space in your suitcase!
