The store was extremely disorganized, and the service was unprofessional. Kiara, who was working at the register, along with another associate, spent more time talking with each other and with visiting friends than attending to the long line of waiting customers. This made the checkout process unnecessarily slow and frustrating. Additionally, when I went to try on clothes, there was a long line for the fitting rooms. I noticed at least two empty rooms, but no staff was paying attention to help move the line along. The lack of attention created chaos and made the shopping experience unpleasant. As a loyal customer, I hope management addresses these issues promptly so the store can return to the level of service and organization I have come to expect.
