Stopped on my lunch break to get the rubber tips replaced on a pair of fairly inexpensive heels, and they did the work right then, at a very reasonable price. Just a 15 minute wait and I was on my way with a pair of shoes I can wear again! Both people there (father and daughter) were super friendly and interacted very positively with me and the other customers who came in. You don’t find people with these kind of skills around much anymore. I highly recommend this business!
