Also for the prices they charge which I expect before I ever walk in the door there is no help. The lady that was working by housewares, I asked her to check a price for me and she told me to download the app. She was standing at a register and would not check the price. There's nobody on the floor to help you in any department with the exception of the very sweet lady working the Estee Lauder counter, she was really very sweet. I actually bought a bag and went to the Estee Lauder counter to check out terrible terrible customer service and disgustingly dirty, as I said.

Aside from that, the selection is actually really good for clothing. Their shoe selection has gotten way better than it used to be. There always seems to be some kind of sale going on, which is great! Fragrance/makeup counters: Good, same s every other department stores'. Shoe Dept. : Just Ok. I don't think they carry Nike & that's a deal breaker for me when shoe shopping, especially for my boys! Jewelry:🙄Ugh where do I start...? Yes, it's always on sale at like 70% of, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I but jewelry here, especially bracelets and anklets, they BREAK within a week. ***And I'm being VERY generous by saying a week!***
