- FLFarrah LopezNov 28, 20251.0Worst experience ever, I was highly excited to go shopping I’ve heard nothing but great things about Bells so I figured give it a try, the prices were entirely way to high for a place that has “great deals” Had maybe a few things in my cart and the price was almost 200$ and that’s to say the least that’s fine more than willing to pay, the register stops working that’s fine I understand things happen, for 20 minutes there trying to figure it out while the other two computers are working perfectly fine for every single customer going ahead of me, I politely asked if we could transfer computers and I was ignored it was like this was not a priority it made absolutely no sense to sit around and loly gag rather than moving computers, after that I had enough I was patient kind and decided to give back my things and walk out, as I’m leaving the older lady tries to insist I cannot steal when all I did was move the cart out of the way so they could help the rest of the customers I politely told her I do not steal was just moving the cart to pull the camera to have a nice day, by no means am I writing this message to be rude but to show awareness may be better customer service or common sense needs to be used Happy holidays

One lady I asked a question to just said I don’t know and walked away from me, another scolded me for walking up to the register she was at because she just got here and the registers on this side of the store aren’t even open.
