  This was my first time visiting the Brandon Exchange Mall, and I stopped by the Vans store without anything specific in mind. Maddie helped me at first and explained that if something wasn’t available in-store, the same sale would still apply online, which I appreciated. I also wish there had been more in‑store selection to browse. I do understand that the options may have been limited due to the location or the sale, but it still made it harder to find something I liked. I ended up needing help from another associate, Lucas, who was great—attentive, helpful, and quick to assist. I did purchase the first pair even though I didn’t love the color or the price, along with some other items, but I returned the shoes at another location the same day. Overall, the experience was mixed. Lucas definitely made the visit more positive, but there’s room for improvement.

  Online order came to store. One pair needed returned, one pair needed new size ordered. They were very helpful and took care of it for us
