  Disappointed in my experience. When I arrived the employees were loudly conversing about their relationships right at the front door and ignored my entry. I dropped off three very large bags of clothing, and figured that it would take awhile so I left. I got a text in minutes that it was complete, so quickly that I assumed it was an accident. Just to see that they didn’t even open my bags, everything was still folded and organized the way I placed it.

  Best “thrift” around, they are cheap when selling but that’s something NY you have to come in there knowing. If you don’t feel like selling clothes online for a better place than they’re as easy as u can get for quick cash. They have good options too

  The store looks clean but poorly organized, and the people that work there were talking and laughing like they were just hanging out instead of working. I dropped off some clothes, and even though I got a good deal, they still left me waiting at the register (after my order was complete) for like 5 minutes while they were just chatting.

  EDIT: Just had the “manager” call me, stuttering and asking about my review if they can “say or do anything to reverse my review” and I genuinely do not appreciate that man reaching out to me on my personal number?? why did he think calling my phone and asking to take down the review after Uptown Cheapskate bought all the stuff they didn’t look through is ridiculous. stay AWAY!!! Really awful experience, they have tons of disheveled falling apart shoes and clothes at this location and yesterday I dropped off two bins of slightly worn and some none worn clothes, they were almost all in the same folded position when i came back the next day as when i went to at first yesterday, they were having a fire drill and wouldn’t let us get our voucher. They were all very young and just seemed uninformed and naive, they gave me $10 for 5 items and failed to even look through the rest. Now I have to drive 10+ miles to the other location because it’s ran by teenagers. Will not be back here
