  Aman and meena helped me find the perfect stuff and I’m so happy with my purchase and will be back for more dresses the next time I’m there, they was very professional and make the experience very nice

  We have had many issues with this store. The employees have terrible customer service. We came in to go prom dress shopping last night and they closed down the fitting rooms an hour before the store even closed. Today, we came when they opened and the employees told us there was a limit of 6 items in a fitting room at a time which we understand. But we had 14 dresses. My mom went in the fitting room to help my sister try on prom dresses. I was left holding 8 prom dresses which were very heavy. We asked if we could hang them up on the rack and they said no and proceeded to say they will put them up if we set them there. Then we checked to see if we could place the items on the hook outside the door and they said no and forced me to hold all of the dresses outside of the fitting rooms. They didn’t even allow me to stand outside the door so I was unable to see my sister try on the dresses. The staff is very rude and super unaccommodating. They were all gossiping. Two of the employees were also fighting over who had to help a customer because neither of them wanted to do it. We will never come back. They also have a no return policy on dresses, and the quality of the dresses is terrible compared to other stores. Do not come to this store unless you want terrible customer service from employees and terrible quality items. We were in this store this morning on 3/20/2026, so whoever was processing and working the fitting rooms were the employees we were referring to.

  My little cousin was shopping for a dress and needed help. The manager Lauren wasn't as helpful at all but the other staff there was able to assist and was courteous.

  The two ladies in/near the fitting room on 03/11/2026 were so helpful to me finding the perfect dress for my birthday! Thank you to the sweet lady at the register too who was able to get me a reward on my account for my birthday.
