First off, when I walked into the store twice I was not greeted by what appeared to look like the manager or any other staff member, although customers after me with a different complexion were being greeted. Then when I reached the register to check out the cashier, Syniah just gave me a blank stare no Hi, Did you find what you were looking for? Nothing. I had one or two questions and she seemed bothered by that and just one worded me with a response. The whole interaction was awful and felt as if she wanted to hurry and complete the transaction. But what was even worse was when my transaction was done and the customer after me walked up, she was greeting with a “Hi, love” etc. from Syniah. Is this how you’ll treat paying customers? Remember without customers you won’t be in business. So, next time treat everyone with respect and be pleasant to everyone no matter what they look like. I will be spreading the word on my experience here at this particular location. Please do better!
