This mall has unfortunately been in decline over the past few years. It used to be a family-friendly place where you could come with kids and find free entertainment options, such as play areas. Today, all children’s play areas have been closed, including the carousel which, although not free, at least offered an alternative for younger children.
Now there are practically no entertainment options for kids inside the mall.
In addition, although there are still stores and restaurants, many well-known brands and several restaurants have closed, which has significantly reduced variety and changed the overall shopping experience. The general atmosphere feels less lively and not as vibrant as it used to be.
The only option for children is the bounce house inside the mall, but that experience was not positive either.
In summary, the mall no longer offers the same value for families as it once did, especially due to the removal of play areas and the reduction in entertainment options for children. I would not recommend it.

I love them more. There’s nothing you cannot find in the mall, but there’s this place you green I go to when I get the salmon a spinach, kale salad, and is the best thing ever you should go try along with the avocado smooth.

This is our local mall. We used to go much more often, back when it was owned by Westfield and called Brandon Town Center. With COVID, it took a big hit. It started to close earlier, the quality of the stores went down, and management started to run the AC warmer. We hoped things would improve but they didn't.
Westfield sold the property to North American Development Group in 2023. Again, we hoped things would improve but they didn't. The mall still hasn't returned to its pre-COVID hours, the stores are strange, and the AC is still running warm.
While the new ownership is actively remodeling, everything they have chosen to do so far seems to be a downgrade. For example, it looks like they're removing all the fountains/water features (those that remain are filled with some sort of mulch). A carousel was also removed, even though it seemed to be very popular among families. And the few sections of the mall that have been finished look like a generic convention center.
Something else that really rubs us the wrong way is how, recently, security has been asking customers to leave the food court right at closing time. In other words, if you buy your meal anywhere near closing, you're expected to eat it at home. They don't even give you a paltry 15 minutes to scarf things down. We've seen families with small children sit down for a meal at 7:50 only to be told to pack things up at 8:00. It's terrible!
We want this mall to be excellent. If it were, we'd be going there every week. But it's far from excellent right now. Fingers crossed.

I come here all the time after work or on weekends and the atmosphere is great. There's a decent selection of stores, plenty of food options, and the mall is accessible by public transit. It's both a great place to shop and a great place to hangout; while the selection of stores isn't perfect the ones it has are great. It even has a bookstore!
ROACHES!!!! Came here to the food court today for lunch, walked to each spot to check out menus, decided on Thai Max & we were second in line waiting to order and a roach was crawling under the screen menu on the wall. Right there for everyone to see. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, especially in a place serving food. Absolutely DISGUSTING.
