Local store couldn't take a 5' glass round patio table so had to go to retail store. They took it no problem.

Nasty employees. Store unorganized by size. Line backed up into floor. Six limit in dressing room. Compared to the other local stores, a 2 star. Merry Christmas and Happy Thanksgiving.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Goodwill Has Lost Its Good Will I’m honestly shocked at how far this Goodwill has drifted from what it’s supposed to represent. The whole point of Goodwill used to be offering affordable, gently used clothing and household items to help people stretch their budgets — not to create a “boutique” filled with overpriced name-brand castoffs. Now they’ve got racks labeled “Special Boutique” where they’ve cherry-picked Polo, Nike, and other brand names and slapped ridiculous price tags on them. A used polo shirt for $12, $20, even $40? I saw items tagged for $80–$100! These are used clothes, not new retail items. Someone donated them out of kindness so others could afford decent clothing — not so Goodwill could turn around and act like a high-end consignment shop. If the goal is to help people in the community, this misses the mark completely. It’s gotten to the point where you can find brand-new clothes at Walmart, Ross, or Marshalls for less than what Goodwill is charging for faded, secondhand items. The pricing makes no sense, and it completely undermines the mission that made Goodwill such a respected organization in the first place. It’s sad to see what used to be a great place for affordable, good-condition clothing turn into an overpriced thrift store pretending to be a luxury boutique. If you’re looking for real bargains or just trying to make your dollar stretch, this location is not it.
