  Don't go to this store close to closing time because they will force you to walk around the entire store to get out. Who cares if you're having trouble walking or anything like that they don't give a damn. Had to walk all the way around most of the store to get out and then back around most of the outside of the store to get to my car only to find out that the gate closest to my car wasn't even down. Have some compassion for your paying customers.

  As im sitting at the photo department right now with an 11:30 appoitment. Not only did we get here at 11:25 and were told it would be a little while but the person who was getting there photos taken wasn't even the only one infront of us. After they left which was like 11:40 than another group were apparently infront of us and went in at 11:45. Now we are still waiting with a 4 month old still. Whoever the jc penny person is that responds obviously doesn't care because its still happening where you have an appoitment and it takes over half an hour from that time to be seen. Why can't you schedule? Also if you cared this would have been stopped by now as i'm looking at all these other reviews. Its 12:10 and we are still waiting. This is ridiculous how would you feel waiting with a little baby and an appoitment that obviously doesn't mean anything. Definitely the last time we come for photos.

  I’ve never disliked a store as much as this one. We had a scheduled portrait session but the line was ridiculously long. We asked the employee to reschedule it on her end, and she said she couldn’t, telling us to cancel and rebook ourselves. We followed her instructions and then got hit with a $25 cancellation fee. I called and was promised a refund, which never happened. Months later we came back for another appointment and found the same situation another long line. After waiting 20 minutes we decided to reschedule again, and they charged another $25 cancellation fee. So now we’re out $50 for nothing. Between the useless appointment system, long waits, and cancellation fees they refuse to refund, this place feels extremely crooked. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location.
