They charged me an enrollment fee, a administrative fee, and a DMV fee plus’s the monthly fee, and I had to pay $250 to the installer, yet I could Not get their machine to work even one time!!!!! I had to pay $240 to remove it! Then I had to change to another company ( national)and pay them the installment fee and monthly. Smart Start machines want you to blow while humming from the “chest “ , after trying for an hour we could not get one accepted test. Please don’t wast your time nor money with this company!!! If I could give the a zero I would!! The worst company ever!!!!!

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
