  If I could do zero stars I would. Arrived at my appointment on time(2:00p). Didn’t start the photo shoot until almost 3:00p. The photographer seemed as if he either was tired or not feeling well. Wasn’t much help with offering different poses for me and my daughter. His voice was so low we could barely hear him, which made us frustrated because we had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Then to top it all off…. as we waited to choose our pictures, the photographer came and told us he DELETED our pictures by mistake and we would have to reschedule. This was a major inconvenience as my daughter lives out of town and was leaving the next day to go back home. So we both were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Moving forward, we definitely will not be returning and will recommend that anyone else considering JCP in the Boynton Beach mall for photos to NOT WAiST THEIR TIME!

  Worst JCP Photo experience I have ever experienced. Appt was at 3:45. Didn’t leave until 5:30pm and still didn’t get my photos. I have 2 young kids. We waited 35 min to actually have our appt. By that point, our kids were over being there and having to sit and wait. I was sweating from having to hold and entertain them and my hair was a mess. I expected to have my appt at 3:45, not 4:30 or 4:45. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. After we finished with the photos I waited another 30 minutes for the guy behind the computer to add some stupid lay overs that I had no interest in purchasing. I could’ve just told him I was going to purchase all my photos and saved both his and my time. But wait it gets better. Then I am ready to check out and the Apple Pay doesn’t work. I tried 3 times. I did not have my physical card. So after all the tries, I got no photos and they could not collect any payment. Not worth it if you have small kids.
